how do I hook up stock subwoofer to after market pioneer deck
I recently had a pioneer double din touch screen installed and the product seems good, but the sounds isn't even as good as the stock deck. it sounds like it's not using the sub woofer at all. Any suggestions?
By the way I had a shop "professionally"do this. they don't know what to do and I paid a lot of money. I would like to be able to enjoy my new deck

Check the receipt for what parts they used to install it.
That'll be a big help in determining what they did wrong.
It's possible they bypassed the factory amp and are powering only the four door speakers, or if they didn't use a PAC ROEM-NIS2 (or equivalent) then the balanced signal problem is screwing up your audio.

Wow, that's just jacked up.
You might have to get somebody experienced with dealing with shoddy service (parent?). Go in there with whatever receipts you have, a list of your expectations and a list of what isn't meeting them. Demand they perform the work as per what was originally agreed to, or refund the cost of labor.
