I meant, are they upside down, in a box, underside of the tray, under a seat, vertical... a picture would help.

take a few camera shots from various angles, but I think top_teke is right, it looks like he bridged your fronts and rears together... unbridge them, run all the channels independently and turn the gains down and re-tune the car ... your car shouldn't be overly loud at "10 volume" unless it's not tuned correctly... turning your stereo up further without the proper tuning can cause clipping, which will be the death of your speakers... if you need to know how to tune your car by ear, let us know.

can you take a picture of where your wires plug in? that's really the most important part and neither the original picture nor the video really give us good shots of those. You should have:

Power - Ground - Remote <-- all this is correct

We need pictures of:

The + - - + area where the speaker wires are all connected, and if there's multiple wires in one hole, please let us know.

Oh man. Whatever you end up doing to fix it make sure you secure the hanging wires.
