Alright. 2 days in what do you think? I have my 8400 on order with all the fixings sans the dash kit. After your advice I am going Jdm and will wait till after the holiday to get tht moving. Keep us posted on your backup cam quest. I have one on order and since mine is a coupe I am looking for purple to trigger off of. I will heed the warning on the USB 1 vs USB 2

How much do u find yourself controlling something from your phone? Do u need to see te phone at all or can it be tucked away in the center console? I was hoping to keep mine out of sight. I am also anxious to see the iOS 6 update to maps. From what I can te this far it could be one of the best gps solutions on the market. Has me kinda second guessing the app radio 2 since that unit has the external gps antenna, but havin hd radio and the wireless remote (I had one in my first car and still miss it) makes me think I went the rigt direction with the p8400.

For anyone else in the shipping mood any has the 8400 on sale now for 519 and u can get 5% addl off by signing up for the newsletter. Almost makes me feel alright about dropping 325 on the Jdm kit.
