PAC-ROEM NIS2 and PAC Hi lo converter

Hello

I have for sale a PAC-ROEM NIS2 and a PAC Hi lo converter. Both units were used for approximately 2 months then were taken out since my fiance and i went out and got aftermarket double din units for our G Coupes.

The PAC-ROEM NIS2 was used on my car and attaches to the back of your factory bose stock radio. The Nis2 has 2 sets of pre-outs for aftermarket amplifiers. This is the most simple way to tap into your stock system if you plan on running an aftermarket system since you won't have to hack or splice into the stock bose wires. Asking 40 shipped for the PAC-ROEM NIS2

The PAC Hi-Lo was used for about two months in my fiance's car. This device was used to tap into stock bose amp wiring harness since we ran RCA's to an aftermarket amp and subwoofer setup on her car. Asking $20 shipped for the hi-lo converter.

Please PM me if you have any questions. Thanks.

So will I need both of them if I want to only run 1 amp?

No, you will need either one of these to run one amp. I had an aftermarket amp and ran the PAC-ROEM NIS2 to my stock head unit. The other HI-LO was used on my fiance's car which we ran an aftermarket amp/sub setup on her car as well.

Sound quality wise, it did change a tad bit. There was more of a kick from the aftermarket sub/amp combo when i had it matted with the bose system (ran a ppi pc1400 and a jlw3) . On my current system that i have now, i completely took out the bose system and went all aftermarket (pioneer dd, hertz component speakers, arc audio amps and hertz subs). It's a night and day difference compared to the stock bose system and i love the sound quality of my aftermarket setup.

Bump.

This may be a dumb question, but can you combine any of these converters? I am currently using a PAC-AAI NIS2 for AUX inputs and I'd hate to lose it for an amp input.

To be honest with you, since you are using the PAC-AAI NIS2, the PAC-ROEM NIS2 will not work. However, the Hi-Lo converter will possibly work with your setup since the bose amp is in the back of the trunk and you will need to tap into the existing speaker wire to get a signal for the RCA's.
