2003 Metra Kit

Ok so I bought a single din pioneer radio from wal mart and then ordered a metra kit from another user. The guy I ordered it from didnt ship the rectangular piece that goes into the kit that makes it go from a double din to a single din. He said he would **** it monday but I want to install the metra kit today. If I install the kit today will i be able to slide the piece in after i install or will i have to take my car apart again?

Not sure if the piece will slide through the hole easily, probably easier if you just wait to get the piece.

yea should be able to slide it through the front. eveything is slid through the front but u would have to open it up again anyway to make a easier to move the wires around when u slide the deck in. i would install the metra if you eager and prepp the wires but leave everything still kinda uninstalled and unbolted
