Ipod in G35C?

Ipod in G35C?
I have seen Ipods mounted where the Navi should be. I have an Ipod, but how much would it cost for everything else? Im actually sorta confused on how it works. And is the sound the same as when you play CDs? Can someone post details and pics please? Thanks alot
