Infinty Kappa subs?
Infinty Kappa subs?
So I tried to fit a 12" into my coupe....the results were disastrous. Had to scrap it because I realized I wouldn't be able to get the mold out. First time fiberglassing so I guess I didn't think everything through. I put the top piece back on and will make a regular 4080 type enclosure
Ive had an Alpine Type r since high school with o complaints. So my question is to stick with alpine with a type s or get this infinity kappa sub..
I cant find much info on these subs so hoping someone has used them before...or has thoughts on other brands

Only Infinity subs I'd really recommend for sound quality are Kappa Perfects, anything else you can find something that's better quality for less, like the aforementioned Type R's.
yeah, ive had that type r for 5 years, but have never dealt with the type s......same watts as my old type r but half the weight/magnet size. not sure if distortion would be a problem
and the type r is almost twice as much, huge price increase. better off spending the money or is a type s legit enough? need to get this sub tomorrow if I hope to get it by this weekend and built my box
