Playing music via Bluetooth

Hey everyone, so I have an 06 coupe with factory Bluetooth hands-free calling. I also just recently got the Samsung Galaxy S4 and am planning on putting my music library on there so I can play it in the car. I'm thinking of purchasing a Bluetooth FM transmitter (GoGroove FlexSmart S2) which allows you to pair your device with the transmitter and play music via Bluetooth. It also features hands-free calling. However, I would like to use the factory Bluetooth calling system instead of the one on the transmitter. My question is, can I have the phone paired to the transmitter for playing music only, and have it paired to the factory system for calling only as well? Has anyone been in the same boat before?

The factory bluetooth adapter only supports the hands-free protocol, not audio bluetooth streaming. So long as your phone allows you to be paired to two separate devices for the different protocols, it will work the way you want.
