Looking for a quick answer from you Audio & Video guys

OK, so I've got a double din navigation unit in my car (JVC KW-NX7000) and every month or so it'll say "GPS location not found" meaning my navigation doesn't work. The little arrow stays at my last location and doesn't move when I move.

So I checked all my cables and ground, everything seems to be legit and still doesn't work. But I disconnect my battery for an allotted time and tada it works but I gotta preset all my stuff again (kinda annoying).

Then what goes around comes back around and my navi doesn't work anymore after a month or so. The unit is over 4 years old so out of warranty.

Maybe someone can help me out here.......... If not it's koo, I'll just deal with it

Thanks

I know this sounds stupid but the GPS antenna is visible at all times?

Ok I figured that but it does get overlooked sometimes. I don't have anything to suggest as I'm not electronically inclined. Good luck.

Check your connections, I usually scratch a nice x on all of my male to female connectors.
