Kicker subwoofer help
I saw this on ebay and was wondering if this would be a complete 2 sub setup with everything I needed, would I be able to buy this and have it installed right after? Also is it good quality with enough power? New to the audio world so thanks for the advice

You get what you pay for. That is an underpowered amp for those subs, but it will add noticeable bass to your car. 350 is an unbelievable price! I paid a lot more.
Read a book on basic car audio installation also.
Are you staying stock with the stereo? If so there is a guide on how to do this yourself. It's nice it comes with the 4 Guage kit.

I just saw this kit, and it looks like it should be an amazing upgrade, any safety measures I should run or would my stereo be able to handle the 15" subs, also any fitment issues?

Coupe or sedan?
Infinite baffle will probably be the best route for low budget installs, but it's a little more work vs throwing a box in the trunk
I'm a big fan of ported box, but a good design and build would chew through 75% of that 400.

Baffle is put behind the seat with subs firing in whichever direction you'd like
Firing directly in the cabin would be better, though.
Pros:
Usually the best for SQ
Endless low end extension
99% trunk space retained
Very low power requirement
Ability to use larger woofers
Cons:
Little more effort needs to be put in vs just throwing a box in the trunk

Sedan, that seems really good thanks, now what about subs and amp, do you know how much watts I should be getting for around 400?

Ideally, You're going to want to start from the front and move your way back
IE:
Headunit
Speakers
2 channel amp
THEN subs, etc etc
550 wouldn't really get anything worthwhile IF you went that route..
I'll tell you right now, stay away from those all in one box, sub, amp packages. 99% of them are crap.
Don't buy used equipment from your friends either.
You have 2 routes to go.
1 good 10 or 12 in a custom designed and built ported enclosure. This will get loud & sound good IF installed correctly.
2. Infinite baffle(as posted above) with 2 15's.
These are the bang best for buck IB subs out
Plenty of SQ guys use them and they get loud enough to shake the entire car(if you're into that kind of thing)
Next would be these

Then these http://www.ebay.com/itm/ALPINE-SWS-1...37e599&vxp=mtr
The pyle's can be powered with

Given your budget, you won't do better going any other route.
