Need help with sub install pls

I will be setting up two 12" rocksford p3s shallow subs the wattage 100-400 and peak 800. They are dual voice coil 2 ohms.
Now my question is what kind of amp do I need? From what I read I need a class D amp and a MONO just don't know the wattage needed. Id rather not bridge the two speakers to minimize wires across the trunk but idk if a 2 channel amp would be better or not. My setup will look like this...

It's cheaper to bridge a dual amplifier for more easy power. Go to Crutchfield and learn!

Thanks urban but do you happen to know anything about how much power/wattage I need from the amp and specific ohms without burning anything out?...I've read a lot and still confused on which to pick
