Looking for a new sub

I'm currently running a MB QT 12" sub and am looking for a better performing sub. My budget is a paltry $150 and I've narrowed my choices down to these 2.

Rockford Fosgate
P3D4-12 4 ohm

Kicker
40CWR124 4 ohm

Any feedback on what you would choose between these 2 or any other suggestions? The sub is pushed by a JL 500/1 if that affects your recommendations. Thanks for any and all input on my choice.

I've got the 10" RF P3 4 ohm in a 4080 box in my wife's car. I'm quite happy with it. It's not as clean as the JL 10w6, but for less than half the price, it's good. I can't speak for or against the kicker.
