any single DIN covers that match '05 aluminum interior?

doing a double-din conversion on an '05, using a single DIN HU... I'd prefer to have the second DIN slot filled with a covered pocket (or just a block off plate) that had aluminum on it matching the rest of the dash... does anyone know of a Nissan part # (from another vehicle obviously) or any other part # that is for such a thing?

the closest i have found so far is this subaru part:

http://secure.cartsvr.net/catalogs/c...showprevnext=1

the pic is crappy and it makes it look more "gold" but the description is "silver"... i might buy one just to see how close of a match it is...

thanks,
Jeff

haven't seen anything like that for the G...why not cut your own piece out of a thin sheet of brushed aluminum with some tin snips? Using a ABS black plastic DIN cover, put the burshed aluminum cut out piece over the black plastic and you should have a similar product. Or just use a dash pocket so you can put your remote control in there....

my back-up plan is to have a piece laser-cut, etched with our company logo and then clear anodized... that would look sweet, but obviously isn't the low-cost solution... i've worked with aluminum enough to know that if me and/or any tools touch it, it won't have a virgin finish for long...

i also ordered the Subaru piece to see how closely it matches our shade of trim...

The Subaru part is from a Forrester. It's silver painted over black plastic.

I am looking into this as well. Digitalwheels sells a piece like what we want in their single din conversion kit but wont part out that piece.
