Audio help needed

Audio help needed

So long story short, I bought a 04 g35 from the auction and didn't get a chance to talk to the previous owner. I've been using a cassette adapter but the quality sucks and I know there's alot of ways to make it support bluetooth and stuff. I have few cords coming out from the back of the radio and have a feeling g something like that was there, and I just need a unit. I've looked at every single adapter and did not see anything that match. Can anyone help me identify them?

It's power and antenna hookups for a satellite radio adapter - like this, but maybe not the exact model:

That makes sense since I have a little antenna on the top of the roof but I thought that was not custom. Now the question is if I can hook up my phone to one of those if I buy one of those adapters? Or I have to go with a GROM option. I've read ur other thread with all the options, but still can't figure out the best way of doing it, I just want to have bluetooth, don't care about aux.

GROM is the only one that I know of offhand that does bluetooth.
