New radio installed but one speaker not working...

I installed a double din radio into my 2006 G35x (base radio non-bose) all works well but just my drivers side speaker is static with no sound. I re-did the connections for that speaker 2 times just to see if thats the problem but does not seem to be it im thinking its the speaker and want to test it where sound is working but want some more maybe more simple fixes then taking out both door panels.

Thank you

(sorry in advance if i don t give enough info if needed ill tell everything i know)

Hook it up to the wires for one of the other speakers.

If it doesnt work, then u know its the speaker. If it does work, then u probably have a bad channel on your head unit.

I'm definitely hoping that its a blown speaker over a bad channel, that requires a new headset right?

When i get home from work im gonna mess with it again. Thank you for the reply

Or it could be wiring. Maybe it didn't work before you installed the new unit?

That is a chance i am borrowing it from a friend because my stock radio stopped working out of no where. He had it in his car for only a month I just don't want to get blamed somehow if its the actual unit and have to buy 2 new ones. Got out of work late yesterday so going to try to figure it out today.

Thank you for all the possibilities
