I have a PN# 68260-7w000 and 27500-ac505. I had a 05 sedan with dual climate, so I believe this was the compatible kit for that year. IIRC Wrath had a good writeup on these

If your signature is correct and you have factory nav, the kit I have would require modification. The HVAC controller would be good, but the trim kit would need trimming
