Crutchfield or otherwise pre-wired double din

I have a double din trim kit arriving on Friday (thanks Conceptz for the fast shipping) so I am going to drop probably a Pioneer double din in the car. I see Crutchfield has a pre-wired harness for $25. I am going to pick up the
PAC ROEM-NIS2,
MicroBypass ALL AVH-X Video In Motion Interface for Select Pioneer Receivers
Metra 40-NI10 Nissan Antenna Adapter Metra 40-NI10 Nissan Antenna Adapter
and the

Metra Axxess ASWC-1 Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface

From amazon though. Just wondering, has anyone picked up a pre-wired harness and if so, did it eliminate most of the wiring work? (never installed a double din before). For $25 if it does, it seems very well worth it. I assume then I would easily connect the items above I am picking up from Amazon?

This, actually maybe I should buy the steering wheel control from them, then it would just be hooking up the motion adapter, antenna adapter and the amp adapter unless they sell the amp adapter as well. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_264PAS...s-Service.html

Well it seemed like a good idea. A time saver. But in order to do so Crutchfield makes you buy the metra trim kit.... I bought the original Infiniti one so its a no go......... for anyone who is ok with the Metra trim, might not be a bad idea.
