Dead gauge cluster

I was recently taking apart my dash to switch it out and when I went to put it back together it started to act funny. The gauges cluster is dead and also when i turn off the car it doesn't turn off but goes to ACC so i have to turn it on again and then hold down the button for it to completely shut off. Really don’t know what to do at this point

Disassemble everything again and check every harness you plugged in, sounds like you bent a pin in a harness and it shorted out.

And check fuses like Telcoman said, that will give you an idea which harness.
