They were JL 8W3 woofers, W0 would work too.

I just traded in my 2003 Brilliant Silver Coupe (5AT w/ Nav. & Perf.) for a 2006 Lexus GS 430 which I will take delivery on April 7th.

My girlfriend just traded her 2003 Carribean Blue G35 Coupe (6MT w/ Perf.) for a 2005 Laser Red G35 Coupe (5AT Loaded) which she took delivery on today.

Man, it is SO much nicer than our 2003 Coupes! I think I like it more than she does because of my plans for her car (He He).

Anyways, I am interested in the enclosures (both drivers and passengers side) that 4080 is selling. I have 2 JL Audio 10W6v2 subwoofers. I originally was planning on using one in her new G and one in my new GS. But, since I have seen your fiberglass enclosures I want to put both W6v2's in her G and power each of them by a JL Audio 500/1 amplifier.

I have one question/concern: Will I be OK with a Audio Link PL2 (line level converter) or will I need something else to get this to work off of the factory Bose/Nav. system?

I have tried to Private Message you but am having trouble getting it to work. I keep getting an error message. I don't know if it is because I am not a "Premier" member or not.

Please email me at 'JKashat@comcast.net" as I am very interested.

Thanks in advance!

richardanddawn@eartlink.net

Did you have a coupe or sedan? The subwoofer will perform better in my box than a stadard square box. Having parallel side walls, like in a square box, will cause standing waves. My box does not have any parallel walls. Also, large flat wood panels tend to flex under pressure. My box has many curves in the fiberglass that makes it VERY strong. If you look above, others have already posted the price. For further questions please PM me.

Thanks, 4080

Just finished speaking to 4080 on the phone about the enclosure he makes/sells. He seems like a very cool guy. I place an order immediately after speaking to him and paid for it through PayPal. This enclosure will be going in my girlfriends '05 Laser Red Coupe w/ Nav. I plan on putting in it a JL Audio 10W6v2 powered by a JL Audio 500/1 amplifier. He said that he would have one ready for me to ship by Wednesday.

Thanks, 4080.
