2013 g37x climate control and radio button backlight not working.

Bought my car about 3 weeks ago and at first I didn’t notice the issue thinking it was just how the car was but I have come to notice it’s not supposed to be like this. I have tried the basic stuff to get it to work but I am lead to believe that it’s a fuse. Seems like they had the same issue here but nobody posted what fuse it is https://www.myg37.com/forums/audio-video-and-electronics/259120-climate-control-and-radio-backlights-not-working.html one last thing is I can’t seem to pull out the second fuse box in the engine bay near the battery because there is a short red wire connected to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

You'll probably have a lot better luck over at MYG37.COM, this site basically just deals with the G35, not the G37 or Q50/Q60.

As for the IPDM (engine bay fuse box), normally you need to fully remove the battery to access them.

I posted it there a few days ago

I was able to get to the fuse box, had to take my battery out though since the previous owner ran a wire from the fuse box which wasn’t quite long enough. Also I checked every fuse in the car with no luck. No clue where to go from here
