Help with ipod Integration

OK, so I want to hard wire an ipod into my G through the SAT connection. What I need are the model numbers of the exact cables I will need? Which Belkin cable supplies the ipod power and has a 3.5mm line out where you can plug a 3.5mm to RCA cable from it to the PAC cable?
Thanks

Thanks, that site is very useful. I found the correct cables for the install.

Now, does anyone have any suggestions on where to run the wires and mount the ipod? I was thinking through the cubby hole where the NAV would go, I obviously don't have the NAV. But then where do you plug the Belkin power supply into? I guess you would utilize one of the cig. outlets on either side of the radio.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!!!!!

Thanks

I personally connected mine through the cig. lighter in the center armrest console. it was unused since I purchased the car - and I finally found a use for it. I drilled a small hole through the console and the Belkin then feeds my PAC AAI-NIS unit which is hidden underneath the console (near the shifter).

I have a pretty stealthy install, and to hide the iPod - all I do is lift the armrest and put it inside. Works great, since when I shut off the car - the Ipod pauses as well.

For you, I would recommend that you pick-up a female cig. lighter connector from RadioShack (can't be too much $$). I would then find a switched 12v+ lead from behind the console and basically make a hidden cig. lighter which your Belkin can use as a dedicated/hidden power source. You can then run the Belkin wire from the navi cubby, behind the dash to your new cig lighter and you will have a pretty hidden install. It should look pretty good...

Just a suggestion anyways...

Cool, thanks for the great ideas. When you say,

"find a switched 12v+ lead from behind the console and basically make a hidden cig. lighter which your Belkin can use as a dedicated/hidden power source",

the switched you are referring to would mean that the power to it turns off when the ignition is in the off position?

Can I just tie into one of the iwres leading to current cig. power outlets on either side of the stereo?

Thanks again.

Yes, that's right - That is exactly what I would do. Just make sure that you don't have too much stuff running from one 12v+ lead... That'll be a fuse problem for sure.
