Vlosovok is a sponsor. I'm sure he didn't appreciate me divulging the source of the component that for almost a year he has claimed that he 'manufactures.' He has had a few debates even with Pac claiming that Pac buys the unit from them. This is obviously a blatant lie, and very misleading. I've been in car audio/video/electronics a long time and I understand how the markup game goes, but the prices these companies are charging just to resell this Japanese unit is shameful.

Also, everyone please keep in mind, you won't get very far with educated people by bashing other products/competitors. I guess that is the lesson to be learned here....

 

Yeah - there is a lesson... I think I may be going ahead with a order with the other overseas source. I have received a reply from them and am working on the details further. It helps to be an importer in the markets with hands-on experience.

A more realistic price for these units is more like half of what most people were expecting to pay... I still need to know if there is interest.
