Anyone with a V1 & Carputer..check this out.

Just thought you guys with Valentine 1' s and car pcs may like this one. Another one to add to the list of mods.

Thats very clever. You can do a lot of neat stuff with that interface he built. Only a really loyal v1 owner would emulate their outdated display exactly onscreen when he could easily improve it 500%. lol

Let's not make too much fun of him. He did make it skinnable. What a great selling point for the V1... [well, for the 0.001% of us that have carputers ]

I'd wait a few months for the software and SDK to really mature then you'll see it integrated into all the other frontends out there... its a good start though...

I played around with the interface on my home pc and its actually not that bad.......it is still a beta version though and unfortunately looks like a v1 front...hopefully he'll get it there and with some skins. The screen itself is'nt a constant screen though....it pops up for a very short time (adjustable in milliseconds) when the radar detects something and then dissapears.....no need for any "integration" into the front ends.
