if you don't want to mess with it, I'm running an XM micro antenna on my front dash (inside the car) and it works fine. . .

 

 

My micro antenna looks just like TGenius except it's the Laser Red and you can only see about 1/4 of an inch of the black wire ( I had the installer pull it as close to the rubber as possible..It looks great T !
