I contacted Nak and they said they don't have a car audio distributorship in the USA right now. They're hoping for sometime in October. In the meantime, I've seen a very few web vendors (woofersetc.com for example) that sell some Nak car audio stuff. Is this old new stuff or what? Is the fact Nak has no USA distributorship a bad sign of a larger problem?

If anyone has any industry knowledge, I'd appreciate some insight.

I've talked to a dealer who knows alot in the car audio industries last month, from what he know? Nak havent had US distributor for couple of years now, I cant remember excatly what was the reason, but they are in process finding an new one, the ones you seen around the net or in stores? its the old stuff and its harder and hard to find, but the former distributor still warranty them tho.
