Arrow HELP - Cracked Plastic on Navi

Hey all - new member here, been following the forums for a few months now since I got my 03 5AT and finally posted due to a problem. In the process of removing the navi/stereo head unit and connecting a PAC adapter, i managed to crack a small spot of the plastic (its about a quarter of an inch long - see attachment). i was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere to order a replacement plastic cover (for the whole unit, as i'm sure they do not just sell that part) or if anyone has had any experience repairing similar cracks. thanks

*edit: this is NOT my actual car, just a stock photo to show where the crack is.*

perfect chance to upgrade to a double din? Just a though. Dont think you can fix it 100% unless maybe you glue it together and paint it.

I've taken apart my dash 5 times (only needed to twice, but kept messing up) and that plastic is tough. You must have really put some pressure on it to crack it - unless there was a defect to start with.

I think you could probably superglue it pretty well though. If you're careful you might not need any touch up paint at all. All depends on how clean the crack is...

Or you could take the plastic piece entirely off, repair it, sand it, then repaint the entire piece (even a custom color if you wanted to?).

Or you may be able to order a new plastic part directly from the same place as where the double din's are available (shipment from Japan). Check Grubb's (dealer in Texas) and see if they can get you the part.

good luck.
