OK..I'm double posting because the other thread maybe dead

I think I finally decided....my new audio setup will be
- JL Audio 500/5 Amp
- JL Audio 10W6v2 10" Subwoofer in a 4080 Box
- Infinity Kappa 60.7CS 6-1/2" Component Speakers (Front)
- Infinity Kappa 63.7i 6-1/2" 3-way Speakers (Rear Side)

Cost $900 Plus Install Cost.

So what do you think huh?

 

one suggestion would be to upgrade the front components to the Infinity Perfect 6.1's. IMO, the kappa seperates aren't that good. I do have the Perfects and did listen to both before deciding on the Perfect 6.1's. The kappas sounded less clean and dynamic.

otherwise, sounds good for the budget.

Have you considered the JL Audio ZR or XR components? I would use a 10W3 with the 500/5 (250W).
