new guy here...be kind

Ok Guys this is what i want to do:

I do not have a navi in my 05 g35cmt. (I dont want the navi) What I do want is to get rid of the stock deck (not bose) and instead put in a JVC that plays dvd/CD/MP3 CD..etc but doesn't have a motorized screen coming out of it.

I know that this deck would only take up 1 din and that I will have to get the double din face that is reffered to in the stickies.

My question is: What part # is the screen of the navi. I would like to order it and the motor that pop's it up so that I can tie it into the JVC deck so that I get a stockish look with whatever deck i choose.

Has anyone done this? I searched but found very vague information on stuff like this.

ok I'm sure you can buy it, but I read that the factory nav sells for some $5,000...

Not sure about the screen alone, but anything OEM is way overpriced...

You can check out the parts and prices here.

Even if you do add in the factory monitor, I think you are going to have to change other parts as well.
