Aftermarket Sat install Question

I am going to install an aftermarket clarion sirius sat radio in the nav hole in my 04 g35coupe. I think I know how to install everything except the power supply. the car kit comes with a car adapter. Is their anyway I can install a new power supply so i can attach the car adapter behind the dash, so i don't have to see the power supply wire.

The Clarion should also come with an in-car hardwire harness. Don't use the cig adapter.

Sorry that I wasn't more specific
I am getting the clarion plug and play calypso sat radio
I travel a lot for work, and wanted something I could take out of my car and use in a company vehicle as well.
My plan was to get this and install the car unit in the dash, and then have a second unit to take to take on the road with a company vehicle.
I looked at the car kit and it appears to only come with a cig lighter adapter, though it is possible they do make another harness, though i have not seen it
