I have the 05 G35x Sedan, and ordered the DDIN parts from J's Garage.

68260-7W000 (Double Dash Aluminum):59.39USD
27500-AC500 (AC Controller): 286.00USD.
68475-35F00 (Dash Pocket): 9.30USD

The pocket and single din stereo don't sit flush with the aluminum trim. The stereo is not so bad, but the pocket has a fairly large gap. Even if I mounted it from the outside of the trim it wouldn't fit.

I'm wondering if there is a different aluminum trim or bracket for the sedan, and I ordered the wrong part. Does anybody know or experienced this before?

Any chance you could post a pic? That would help.

 

I've attached some front and side shots that show the pocket gap.

Yoshi sent me a picture of the JDM bracket, and it looks like the side holes are closer to the front. Even then, I don't think the pocket will fit correctly.

Any thoughts?
