when i get to ripping out the bose crapbox and installing something a little more capable, does anyone know if there is a replacement peice for the stering wheel audio controls? or do i have to live with them forever?

 

Grab a 350Z steering wheel. They don't have audio controls.

Or, get creative and rewire them to work with your aftermarket radio

 

whats the window mod in your sig? tell me it makes the windows go up upon locking the car.

 

Many aftermarket HUs allow steering wheel control interface with an optional part. The Eclpise pieces I think will connect directly and then you download some SW from their website.
