Grounding your amp is done via solidly attaching it to a sturdy, unpainted metal part of the body of your car (not something metal attached to the body, as in, don't use your seat tracks, for example).
You need to run a new power wire from the battery to wherever the amp is to power it.
I would recommend getting an amp kit from your local car audio shop. It's a bit more expensive then if you bought all the stuff adhoc, but it's going to be easier if you're not experienced with car audio installations.

Where do you run your power wires? Do you run it on the driver side or the passgener side?
also what location do u drill the hole to feed the Power wires to reach the battery?
For those that hook up the switch to power up your amps? which wires did you use to remote turn on your amps?
