Was going to use a Kicker S10L7, but my buddy is taking way way too long on a box. It was a 2 ohm speaker.

Now my best bet (I think) with the 4080 box is the JL Audio 10w6v2 which is 4 ohm. Will I have any problems with this combo? Any advice on how to hook it up.

If you are using a two-channel amp bridged mono to a single-voice-coil 4 ohm subwoofer, I don't see that you have any options in how to hook it up.

What is your question exactly? You are supplying all sorts of specs (most of which have zero to do with sound quality)... but I don't know what you are looking for. Reassurance?
