Question People W/navbox

ok I have installed the NAVbox for about 9month.
I had it and not really use it alot. but the problem came up.
When I turn my car key to 1st click(the streo comes up, the nav sound come up, but there is no display), 2nd click(this is where the elcetric component works, but the nav screen come up but all scratched up. It's having hard time to show the screen. Why is That?), also, When I start the car, the screen is stable but see this black scratch appear and disappear for about 10min(till the car is warmed up). Why is this happening? any suggestion?
One last problem, this just happed. I was driving and the nav screen color just changed to greenish.. can't see the blue color at all, and it's wierd. I think the one of the wire is problem? or is the NAVBOX module is getting defected?
If NAVBOX module die out, the nav screen die too?
ANY Engineering expert help will be appreciated.^^

chances are that your RGB converter is going bad. its aftermarket right? If so, contact the manufacture. but if your losing a color like that like i said, its probably the converter. it changes regular video signal into red, green, and blue.

I had that problem, turned out that if the RS232 (DB-9pin) isn't plugged in tightly to the converter box, it will act like you described. Check that.

And yes, since everything goes through your module, if the module goes out, your Navi screen won't display, even if you switch to it. But your screen isn't messed up at all. You can either remove the nav box and connect the original RGB Sync wires back together, or buy a new Navbox.
