Possible Or Not

Is It Possible To Extend The Factory Navi Dvd Rom Wires About 6ft?
I Am Installing An Avic-d1 With A Factory Navigation System.the Only Reason I Am Leaving The Factory Navigation Is For The Looks And The Fuel And Mileage Records.i Am Probably Going To Leave The Avic-d1 In There Until Pioneer Comes Out With The Dd Without Navigation .then I Will Decide On The New Dd Or The Avic-z1.which If I Go With The Z1 I Will Remove The Factory Navi.there Are About 20-24 Wires I Need To Extend, but The Two Other Cables Are Sheilded And I Would Like To Know What They Are For.one I Am Sure The Smaller One Is The Gps Antenna.the Other Has 2pins And The Sheild Around It.does Anyone Know What That Is For.the Reason For My Question Is I Want To Install My Dvd Where The Dvdrom Is Located For Ease Of Use.i Figure I Will Never Need To Mess With The Dvdrom So I Want To Install It Under The Passenger Seat.does Anyone Know If You Can Get A Cable To Extend The Gps Cable And The Other Cable.i Know The Gps May Be A Little Off But I Just Want It For Looks Anyway.i Plan On Using A Printer Cable On The Extension Because It Has 25 Wires Inside Of It .any Recommendations Will Be Appreciated Even If You Know A Better Place To Put The Dvd Let Me Know(that Will Be Easy To Reach).
