I'd go with carpet as well, or maybe strip it and go with a nice deep walnut.

Just to be different, you could keep that stain finish look but just do one in dark stain that's almost black. That would be nice with the wood grain showing.

Yeah. I like the idea of being different, but the wood doesn't seem to fit right for some reason. Maybe if the stain was darker? Or maybe if it was an ash color? I think a dark stain on cherry would look good.

thanks guy. yea i would have liked to have a darker stain, but i just used what i already had. if i wanted to make it darker i would have to sand it all off, (i've already taken a lot of the original wood off, so its kind thin.) i'll just keep it that way it is now, and later if i get sick of it, i'll change it somehow.

the wax i use is a secret! nah j/k its Mothers, Relections, Advanced CAR WAX. i find it pretty easy to use.

Definitely agreed. Now thats the way black should look!! Def continue with the staining route, very unique and a nice finish.

I dislike that type of enclosure. I mean I'm a Home Depot kinda guy and one reason why i chose the G' over the BMW is the rear seat fold down. Man I lug friggin' 2x4" in my ryde everytime I go to home depot. I'd get the 4080 box over that style, which you could buy off ebay for $70.
