I dont understand why do people invest tens of thousands of dollars into their g35 show cars' engine and body mods, but choose such crap for a stereo system??? Is it that you are just not talking to the right person? Has anyone ever heard of Focal,Audison, JL, Zapco, mcintosh. Man, I just would never buy anything that would make my car look bad or sound bad.

 

are you referring to a member in specific?? i havent seen any cases of this

LOL . . . I listen to mostly News Talk radio. The talk show hosts' voices sound plenty sexy to me on the stock system.

 

everyone has their own preference -- personally, i've gone thru 'phases' - first it was stereo, then performance, now i like to keep stock/sleeper theme as much as possible (which is also kinda ironic bc i have more pocket change now then ever b4).

i remember at one point i had about $6k worth of stereo equipment in my car and ppl used to ask me, "why don't you just put that money towards a nicer car?" and i used to say "...cuz then i won't have money to add this kickin system..."

I actually think the stock system in the G35 sound pretty good, (compared to any other stock stereo I've had).
