Will this work.. please advice..

OK i have an 04 G35 and so far mods i have are RIMS and Clear markers.. Im getting clearbra in 2 days!!

OK here's my question, im trying to play DVD"s from my NAV and also have an IPOD hooked up to my car that can play dvds too..

Here's what im going to do so far:

1. Drive down to TVandNav2go in NY(30min drive), and have them install the system for me.. This should let me now play dvd's from my car.

2. Order PAC AAI-NIS2 from http://www.logjamelectronics.com/pacaainis.html
It is now in stock. It will fit in my car because i have SAT button but no SAT radio

3.ORder IPOD INterface here - http://www.logjamelectronics.com/blitzuii.html

Now my question is Where will the IPOD be in my car. Im looking for it to look very professional and clean. I cant do work myself so i usually just let a shop do it. Also, will all these work or do i need anything else?

That'll work just fine. check out http://www.proclipusa.com for mounting options.

I have an 04 as well. I would advise AGAINST the mount that goes on the right side of the console, it looked like trash and prevented the ashtray from working (I don't smoke but it was still stupid).

The left-side mount is sweet, I have one and have attached their generic "V" slot to it, so my phone in it's holster (has a belt clip button on the back) just drops right in it. Very convenient.

The make ipod holders for pretty much every ipod model out there.

You buy two pieces. A vehicle mount that attaches to your dash and then a device holder, that attachs to the vehicle mount and holds your device.

I used this mount:

we don't exactly know what shops are in your area now do we? and we're not going to recommend Best Buy or Circuit City or Tweeter either. how about doing some leg work, or even easier, some phone work? We don't like spoon feeding people. just call, or go in, explain what you want to do, and see if they are comfortable with it. you can even provide them with instructions you can find on here for disassembling the dash (harder if you have 03 or 04, easier if you have an 05 or 06).

Use the SEARCH button or Yellow Pages and you will find the answer!
