When my car was in an accident the tow truck driver must have pulled on the SmartCord coiled wire but anyways the wires came off the circuit board, would it be enough if I just soldered them back on to the circuit board.

Look at the four wires G,B,R,Y that are on that picture on the left side of it. They are unattached. would it work if I just soldered them on?
