This thing looks really cool...But i was wondering can i install this and still use the factory navi with the cd if i get another dvd player put on there? This thing would be really dope if it worked because then u can view dvd n change the dvd out if u wanted navi.

 

no. the factory navi drive is not a standard DVD drive of any kind. You cannot swap the factory navi drive out and still have the factory navi work. You could try and relocate the factory navi drive, this would be very very difficult. You can also swap out the entire nav system for an aftermarket nav system which would free up the upper glove box, but you are talking serious $$$.
