i cut large sheets on my table saw and then sand smooth, or smaller curves i use my jig saw with plastic cutting blade, and then sand smooth...a routher will also cut it but you have to becareful not to melt it too much...

heating and bending works well but you gotta know what youa re doing, i rarely have to do it but usually, i treat it not unlike a fiberglass project, i build a jig, say i wantt to make a little well, i build a frame out of wood adn then lay the abs sheet on top of it, and then heat it up using a heatgun so its soft, and then push a press of a certain shape onto it, when it cools it retains what ever shape the plastic has been stretched to, but i would say get some sheet and start practicing

What about something like this? >>> https://g35driver.com/forums/northern-california/113933-fs-monitor-housing-05-06-non-navi-g35.html

Or do you have a stock navi?

Yeah I've seen that, and yes I have stock navi. I figure it would be a waste not to use the stock setup and a PIA to remove it and install a new satellite for a new setup. So that left me with the idea of installing a touch screen where the ashtray/hazard light switch location is. I actually like that location since it allows me to make changes without having to move my hand far from the shifter.
