Upgrading bose

Hey guys,
I am about to mount a ipod in the G, i haver ordered the USA Spec Pa11 NIS and should be getting it in about a weeks time.
I also want to upgrade the sound system in the car. I have the bose system, the system is alright till the vol hits 22 and after that its crappy! I know i need to change my speakers to KAPPY 62.7i 6.5" , and KAPPA 60.7CS 6.5". Is that still the case or are there any better speakers for bose replacement now?
Which amp do you think i should get? Will it be better to get a 4 ch and a seperate 1 mono amp for the sub or should i just buy a 5 ch Amp?
How would the qualitty be by adding a ipod, Kappa Speakers, and one or 2 amps? The only reason i'm worried is because i know bose has lot of problems with aftermarket parts

Edit: When i was in India i was sitting inside a car with a good sound system, well that was the best sound system i have ever heard to be honest! The rear and front seats had something in it, its like something kicking you everytime the bass kicked in. It was sweet because i would luv to put music on everytime i sit inside that car. I didnt ask the person what he had put in the car but what do you guys think it was? I know the rear seats could be because of the Sub but what about the front seats???

Thanks,
Manbir

Get separate amps for sub/speakers.

What you were feeling in the front seats was probably the sub. I can feel my sub when I'm driving as well. I can't think of anything that would actually go in the seats or why anyone would do that.

there are things called Bass shakers (Aura is a popular manu. of these) which convert subwoofer-ranges of frequencies to actualy shakes and "punches" via a small motor. It works almost identically to how xbox & playstation controllers "rumble" or forced-feedback joysticks/steering wheels "shake." Why you'd want these in your car I have no idea. I have 4 in my home theater (two under the couch and one under each of my two recliners).

Ok i already paid for these items on ebay and i just found out. I shouldnt have bought the p3001
my cousin said "each of the 2 subs needs 100-500 watts RMS at 4 ohms. the amp P3001 outputs 150 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms. you see the problem here?"

two P312D4 12" Subwoofers Subs Punch

I KNEW IT...***! any thoughts? Which amp should i get to support both of these subs?
