Aftermarket navi?

I heard there are no aftermarket navi's for the G (at least that is what the dealer, Crutchfield, and Fry's said). Can this be right? Someones got to make something, right?

welcome to the boards. try a search, you'll find a lot of answer. there are many aftermarket navis from eclipse to pioneer to kenwood. all you need is a double din conversion

I've done some looking around . . . with the double din you have to replace the radio too, right? How much does that cost?
