Newb here with newb question(pics)

I have two 10w3v2's and a JL 500/1 amp. Everthing is installed but I just cant figure out how two wire the subs to the amp. Do I use both channels on the amp? Shouldn't both speakers be connected or should I just wire them individually. I have searched but nothing.... Help

I guess these are my options. So do I actually have to T certain wires together? Also, which set-up should I go with?

it's either 1 ohm or 1.5ohm stable.. I forget. It's on their website, however.
