Indeed I did… the “bracket” I am asking about is a different method of attaching the sensor… I was asking if you had considered it or looked into such bracket?

I’m not referring to the bracket you used on the band (but I like that and will try to do that if I band the TPS).

Apparently my explanation of the “bracket” wasn’t clear… and I’m not entirely clear on it… but they way I understand it – one end attaches to the back side of the valve stem (inside the tire) and the TPS attaches to the other end (sticking out – somewhat suspended inside the tire)…

Two different techniques – neither of which I can find hardware for…

I got the band kit off eBay but now need the sheathing clips. Do you by chance have a Home Depot part number or stock number for them? Where in the store are they located?

I got a small bracket direct from i-Forged... I like the option much better than banding... wheels & tires are being mounted this weekend - I will post pics of the bracket once installed (in case anyone is interested).

probably not - since their wheels will accomodate many OEM TPS (it will take ours)... I have Volks, but I dont want the OEM stem showing - thats the only reason I'm mounting it inside... Besides, getting anything Volk takes forever

Tell me about it. Been 78 days since I ordered now. Supposedly they arrived at Mackin on weds though and are in transport to Vivid Racing. From there they ship to me so I'd give it two more weeks probably lol. I ordered up the brackets from iForged today as well. I'll see if they end up working out.

sorry... I forgot about this thread... as it turns out, my OEM stem didn’t fit through the bracket hole

I just painted the outside stem ring (whatever its called) black and mounted the OEM sensors... The bracket is real basic - and would work well with the right valve stem...

So it didn’t turn out as panned, but everything worked in the long run for me... Sorry I don’t have pics though

I'm returning the brackets today - unless someone local wants to try them

What kind of Volks are you running? I didn't think the OEM sensors worked with Volks

oh yeah mine are the 3 piecers(gt-7's) so they don't work with them. I've got both methods coming to me(straps and brackets). One of them is bound to work. I'll let ya know if I find a trick to making the brackets work.
