alignment question with worn tires

i had my alignment done on my car with rear tires that were worn (i think on the outsides) from bad toe settings because i had first installed the camber kit w/out the toe bolts..
now this summer i had some new rear tires mounted, same size and brand.. but my car seems to be.. almost wanting to skate here and there at highway speeds.. i think its from the rear.. its hard to tell, it just doesnt seem right.
i hadnt driven my car all winter, so its hard to compare it to how it drove last summer, but i suspect something is not quite right.
so anyway, could the alignment need a little adjustment from the new tires?
otherwise i was thinking maybe a wheel lost a weight and i need my wheel balance checked?
