I would try www.dpeweb.com. I've used these guys for my aftermarket parts so far. I went with carbotech, but hawk is just as good. I think they have both carbotech and hawk in stock.

as you can see, none say they are specifacally for them. I'm looking at the Hawks that are $101 for the front and $72 for the rear.

Can anyone please help me? I need to order them ASAP.

Thanks.

Actually, the cheapest set I found were here:

http://www.autopartswarehouse.com

There was a 24 hour "instant messaging" type service where someone was able to quickly put the order in.

There was free shipping, but it will take 5-7 business days to get them. Just thought I'd let everyone know.

I paid $162 out the door for front and rear Hawk HPS brake pads for my Brembos.

How is everyone liking the HPS pads? Do they lack the initial bite? Or suck in cold/wet conditions? Any squeeling? I'd almost consider any noise above that of OEM pads to be unacceptable, and I hear a lot of good things about the Hawk pads, other than some comments here and there...

Spirogyro, that is a good price for pads. I'd like to go with the same setup. I wish I could be confident before I order that they will bite well, have no noise, and work well while cold or wet.

Anyone have the part numbers? I'm looking at a set that is for sale right now and the part numbers that the seller has are:

Front: HB181F590
Rears: HB180F590

But when I look on websites, is says that the rears are HB180N560 for Brembos. Will the rears of the seller's fit? Thanks everyone.

Maybe it's a mistake. The ones I ordered above are part # Front: HB181F590 and Rears: HB180F560.

I'll let you know when I install them next week how they are. As far as noise is concerened, if done correctly, most pads should have very low noise if any. I actually feel that it's kinda wrong for you to say that "any noise above that of the OEM pads is unacceptable". Pads will make noise, ecpecially under harsh conditions. I'm also pretty sure that the pads will do fine on cold/wet conditions. I wouldn't be too skeptical about things, they are almost $200 pads which is pretty pricey compared to any regular car. How bad could they possibly be?

Well I've read to many threads regarding the Hawks where people experience noise, along with poor performance before the pads have been heated up, along with poor performance when they are wet. This has come from people have have performed the bedding technique and are still experiencing this... Dont get me wrong though, I've read plenty of success stories as well.

My first and foremost requirement is that they work well regardless if they are cold or wet - they're brakes, they need to stop me. If consumer reviews say they work sub par when wet, then I will probably stay away from them...

I'm personally using Project MU B-Force all around, and I love them.

I bought the Hawk HPS pads from Concept Z performance.

good customer service and the pads work great. You have to use A LOT of the the orange disc brake quiet stuff on the back of the pads, but once set, they work great!

zero brake dust & no squeal!!
