You can get a camber kit if you want, but it is not absolutely necessary. Without one, there will be slightly more wear in front tires when compared to stock. I'll try to take some more pics this weekend if I get a chance.

I can't speak for H&R springs, but Tein 350Z H-techs ride pretty much the same as stock with sport suspension. I literally could not tell the difference as I drove home from my install. It is about a 1 inch drop in front a little less in the rear.
