I was looking at tirerack and they have Hawk performance ceramic....
Did anyone tried it??
I am also thinking about Satisfied Ceramic or Hawk HPS...
Thanks for any input.

Both of us that use the Hawk Performance Ceramic pads here like them. They are low on dust, and provide a good amount of performance for the amount of bite they provide.
I personally like them more than the Hawk HPS pads.

I just installed Hawk HPS pads and the brake dust is out of control. Dealer says "I got a bad set". Kind of pissed me off.
I'm switching to ceramic.

sorry to ressurect this thread but im planning on ordering brake pads and im stuck between the hawk hps's and the hawk performance ceramic pads, im looking for very QUIET brakes that dont squeak much at all

Never been a fan of Hawk HPS. Poor bite characteristics, though they do dust less. Not the quietest either, but not bad.

Do the HAWKS HPS make noises or not? Some users say they do and some say they don't. I read that they are better then stock in all aspects. Is this correct?
I have the 05 6Mt and need new brakes and I'm trying to decide if I will go with the HPS or now.
Any help or info is appreciated

mine had no sqeeks when they were new, but after a track day they started sqeeking.
Pros with HPS pads
1. Very low brake dust
2. Quiet
3. Pound on them and they still hold like they were cold.
4. I had all 4 rotors smoking at the track but because of the combination of HPS and brake fuild the brake pedal never felt "funny".
Cons:
1. Don't bite as hard as stock pads
