NISMO R-tune Brake Pads

Well its that time to change the brake pads! I am thinking i am going to go with the NISMO R-tune Brake Pads, but im wondering....in the description it says....

"Not recommended for use with factory brake rotors"

Does anyone know if this is true or not? I was actually looking to put aftermarket rotors on, but didnt really feel the need to. So i guess im asking before i change the rotors has anyone used these pads before or heard of actually need to change the rotors?

I'm going to guess it's because they will be more likely to warp stock rotors than the oem pads.

All that means that it will eat up your rotors faster. that's typical for metallic pads.
